I co-founded ethik with the incredibly talented Ida Persson in late 2023 as a way to provide small but mighty organizations, social enterprises, and mission-driven startups with smart, beautiful branding and creative…without all of the wasted time, budget, and team-member burnout that’s often part of the typical agency narrative.

Our extended team is comprised entirely of senior-level brand and creative talent — experts only, no drama or assholes allowed
We don’t participate in pitches that ultimately lead to team burnout and the devaluation of our ideas
We purposefully engage in a maximum of three projects at a time to make sure we’re giving every client our full attention
Each engagement starts off with a workshop to develop a roadmap for our work together — then continues to be collaborative every step of the way
We work in 3-to-6 week sprints at a fixed cost to reduce unnecessary processes and deliverables, and get our clients where they need to go faster
